The Problem
Most of what decides a claim is knowable in week one.
Most people meet the personal injury system exactly once, at the worst possible time, and have to make consequential decisions inside the first two weeks with no way to know which ones matter. The insurer on the other side does this every day and has a process for it.
That asymmetry is the whole problem, and most of it is fixable with information. What the deadline actually is. Which evidence disappears first and how fast. What the fault percentage does to a recovery. Where the coverage is. This site puts those in plain language, in public, whether or not you ever pick up the phone.
